How the pay works
- Phase 1, from your first install
- $2,000-$3,000+ per completed install
- You earn commission on every completed install, including your first three. No unpaid period and no probation. Your first milestone is simply to reach three.
- Phase 2, after three installs
- $50k-$65k base retainer as a floor
- After three completed installs you can add a base retainer that acts as a floor under the same commission (you keep the greater of the two). It is downside protection, not a higher commission rate, plus warm booked leads, AI support, and a MacBook Air.
